Por medio de la presente, nos dirigimos a usted en en términos del Numeral 2 de la Cláusula
Octava del Contrato de Apertura de Crédito en Cuenta Corriente (el “Contrato”) que
actualmente tiene celebrado con Green Secure México, S.A. de C.V., (“Green Secure México”) y en relación
con su Tarjeta (según dicho término se define en el Contrato), Green Secure México ha decidido dar por
terminada la línea de Crédito (según dicho término se define en el Contrato) y el uso de la
Tarjeta asociada.
La terminación del Contrato y la cancelación de todos los medios de disposición del Crédito
surtirán efecto en un plazo de 30 días naturales contados a partir de la presente notificación.
En consecuencia:
1. El Crédito y la Tarjeta dejarán de estar operativos a partir de dicha fecha, por lo que no
podrá realizar cargos adicionales por Tarjeta ni Solicitudes de Transferencia.
2. Todos los saldos pendientes y obligaciones derivadas del Contrato deberán ser
liquidados en su totalidad antes de la fecha de terminación.
3. Una vez cubiertos los adeudos correspondientes, se procederá a cancelar el Contrato y
se emitirá el comprobante correspondiente, sin necesidad de requerir alguna acción
adicional de su parte.
Le recordamos que el incumplimiento en el pago de las obligaciones pendientes generará las
penalizaciones estipuladas en la Cláusula Quinta del contrato.
La presente carta se emite con fundamento en el artículo 294 de la Ley General de Títulos y
Operaciones de Crédito, considerándose el presente Contrato como denunciado en sus
términos, y, en consecuencia, quedando restringido el Crédito y el plazo en que usted tiene
derecho a hacer uso del mismo, en los términos y condiciones establecidos en la presente
notificación

Dear Customer,
Through this letter, we formally notify you, pursuant to Section 2 of Clause Eight of the Credit
Opening Agreement (the “Agreement”) currently in effect between you and Green Secure México, S.A. de C.V (“Green Secure Mexico”), and in connection with your Card (as defined in the
Agreement). Green Secure México hereby formally notifies you that, as of the date of issuance of this
notice, it has decided to terminate the Credit Line (as defined in the Agreement) and the
associated Card, and the use of the associated Card, in accordance with Clause Eight of the
aforementioned Agreement.
The termination of the agreement and cancellation of all credit disposition means will take effect
within 30 calendar days from the issuance of this notice.
Consequently:
1. The Credit Line and Card will cease to operate on the specified date, and you will no
longer be able to make additional charges to the Card or submit transfer requests.
2. Any outstanding balances and obligations derived from the Agreement must be settled in
full before the termination date.
3. Once all corresponding amounts of debts have been covered, the Agreement and the
contractual relationship will be canceled, and the corresponding proof of cancellation
will be issued, without the need for any further action on your part.
We remind you that failure to meet pending obligations will result in the penalties outlined in
Clause Five of the agreement.
This letter is issued pursuant to Article 294 of the General Law of Negotiable Instruments and
Credit Transactions (Ley General de Títulos y Operaciones de Crédito), whereby the present
Agreement is considered terminated under its terms, and consequently, the Credit and the
period during which you are entitled to make use of it is hereby restricted, under the terms and
conditions set forth in this notice.
